All children are required to wear DUBAISWIM caps (available @30dhs from staff) whilst in the water, correct swimming costumes (not shorts) and rash vests if needed (not t-shirts).
Spectators can be a distraction for children when they learn. In order to help teachers and children remain focussed for the entire lesson we ask parents/spectators to:
- Applaud and give praise when your child makes even the smallest achievement when requested by the teacher
- The teacher is responsible for instructing your child and organising the class. Please refrain from approaching or instructing your child whilst he or she is in the care of the teacher
- Refrain from assisting your child with their equipment during the class unless asked to do so by the teacher
- Be considerate of teaching or coaching commitments of staff. If you wish to discuss your child’s progress please make an appointment to speak with the teacher when the teacher is not busy with other classes, alternately you could speak to one of the supervisors
- Fees are payable in advance on a per term basis and will be charged at a rate based on the number of times per week and the total number of classes taken each term
- A maximum of 2 missed classes per term will be replaced provided 24 hours notice of absence is given and spaces are available in the program
- Lessons are not transferable to other children
- No refunds under any circumstances
- We accept cash or cash cheques only (no credit cards please)
- DUBAISWIM is a hirer of the facilities it uses and although every care will be taken, DUBAISWIM accepts no responsibility for loss of property, injury from using the facility or maintenance of the facility
